Connect to HubRise

Connect StockTake Online

To connect StockTake Online to HubRise autonomously, you need to be a restaurant manager with Admin access to StockTake Online.

To connect, follow these steps:

  1. From the StockTake Online back office, click on Setup > Location Setup.
  2. On the Current Epos section click NOT SET.
  3. Open the Select Epos dropdown, select HubRise and click on Connect to HubRise. You are redirected to the HubRise interface.
  4. If you have multiple locations, select the location to connect. If the selected location has multiple customer lists or catalogs, click Next to display the corresponding drop-down lists, and select the desired options.
  5. Click Authorise.
  6. You are redirected to StockTake Online interface where you will see Success! HubRise Token has been generated.
  7. Return to your StockTake Online browser page and click on Please click here to reload the data. The connection to HubRise is established.

Grant Access to StockTake Online Support

To facilitate the support of your requests, we recommend that you grant StockTake Online support access to your HubRise account.

To grant access to StockTake Online, proceed as follows:

  1. From the HubRise back office, select SETTINGS in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the Permissions section, enter integrations@stocktake-online.com and select Manager in the drop-down list of roles.
  3. Click the + icon to grant StockTake Online support access to your account.

Adding a user is the recommended way to grant access to a third party to your HubRise account or location. Sharing passwords is not recommended for security reasons. For more information on permissions, see the Permissions help page.

Contact Support

To request the connection of your inventory management system, contact StockTake Online support by email at integrations@stocktake-online.com. You can include support@hubrise.com in copy for a coordinated follow-up between our two teams.

Include in your request the name of your HubRise account, its HubRise identifier and the location to connect. For more information, see Location Name and ID.

Disconnect StockTake Online

You can disconnect StockTake Online from HubRise on the StockTake Online back office if you are a restaurant manager with Admin access to StockTake Online.

To disconnect StockTake online from HubRise, follow these steps :

  1. From the StockTake Online back office, click on Setup > Location Setup.
  2. On the Current Epos section click HubRise.
  3. In the Connected to Hubrise section, click Disconnect.

If you need to temporarily stop sending orders from HubRise into your inventory management system, you can block the connection between StockTake Online and HubRise instead. For more information, see Block or Disconnect App.
