Push the Inventory
WooCommerce Bridge can synchronise your HubRise inventory with WooCommerce.
Some EPOS and inventory management solutions can update the inventory data in HubRise. To check whether a specific app supports inventory synchronisation, refer to its documentation on our Apps page. Alternatively, you can manage your inventory using OrderLine.
Inventory Synchronisation
When HubRise inventory is updated, WooCommerce Bridge can automatically adjust inventory counters in WooCommerce.
To ensure inventory tracking is enabled for a product, follow these steps:
-
In your WooCommerce account, open the Products page.
-
Find the product you want to check and click Edit.
-
In the Product data section:
-
For simple products, select Inventory and ensure that the Track stock quantity for this product checkbox is ticked.
-
For variable products, the checkbox in the Inventory section must remain unticked. Instead, go to Variations, unfold the corresponding variations, and tick the Manage stock? checkbox for each variation.
-
